PURCHASE OF COMMON STOCK BY THE COMPANY. In the event that the Company purchases or acquires any of its Common Stock after the Record Date but prior to the Distribution Date, the Company shall not be entitled to exercise any Rights associated with the Common Stock so purchased or acquired. Upon reissuance of such Common Stock by the Company the Rights shall again attach to such Common Stock as set forth in Section 3(c) of this Agreement.
