Common use of Purchase of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Licenses. On the Closing Date, upon the terms and subject to the representations, warranties, covenants, agreements and conditions of this Agreement, Seller shall sell, transfer, convey, assign and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase and accept from Seller, the Licenses, free and clear of all Encumbrances (the “Transaction”).
