Common use of Purchase of Note Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Note. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Investment Agreement, the Company hereby agrees to sell to you, and you hereby agree to purchase from the Company, a promissory note as described in the Disclosure Document, in the amount set forth on the Investor Information Sheet. We refer to your promissory note as the “Note.”
