Common use of Purchase of OGS Clause in Contracts

Purchase of OGS. OGS can be purchased at the time of the software purchase. Where Licensee declines the purchase of OGS and/or declines the renewal of OGS, it can be purchased (added) to the Software at a later date as long as the purchased Software is the latest version. For example, if the purchased Software is version 5.0 and no OGS was purchased at the time, Licensee can no longer purchase OGS when version 6.0 is released. Upon purchase of OGS, the features outlined in Paragraphs 3.1 and 3.5 will be added to Licensee’s Online Account.
