Common use of Purchase of Securities or Assets Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Securities or Assets. The Company will not purchase the outstanding equity securities of any other person, firm, association or corporation, except obligations issued or guaranteed by the United States government or any state or political subdivision thereof or other short-term instruments normally marketed by banks and nationally recognized brokerage firms, provided nothing herein shall restrict the Company from maintaining accounts with federally insured banking institutions or money market funds.
