Common use of Purchase of the ODC Holdings Clause in Contracts

Purchase of the ODC Holdings. INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS. ODC hereby agrees that AOL and/or the Company, as applicable, may designate a Subsidiary or a third party as the acquirer of all or any of ODC's shares of Voting Stock it may be entitled to purchase hereunder, provided that AOL and/or the Company, as applicable, unconditionally guarantees the required purchase payments to ODC.
