Common use of Purchase of Units and Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Units and Capital Contributions. (a) Prior to the date of this Agreement, the Partners have made the Capital Contributions and in exchange therefor have received the Units specified in Exhibit A hereto. (b) From and after the date hereof, except as expressly provided in Section 2.05(b) or Indiana law, the Partners shall not be obligated to make further contributions to the Partnership.
