Purchase of Vehicles. 1. If the Grantee is provided with written approval from the Department to purchase a vehicle, the title to the vehicle shall be taken in the name of the grantee, with the first lien to the State of New Jersey, Department of Community Affairs, Division of Community Resources. The grantee shall, within ten (10) days after registration of the vehicle, provide the Department with a copy of the registration with recorded lien.
