Common use of Purchase of Warrants by Company; No Redemption Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Warrants by Company; No Redemption. Subject to complying with all restrictions contained in any other agreement to which they are parties (including the Revolving Credit Facility, the First Lien Term Loan, the Second Lien Term Loan or the Third Lien Notes Indenture), the Company and its Subsidiaries may purchase in the open market, by private contracts or otherwise, all or any portion of the Warrants on such terms as the Company may obtain. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Company shall have no right to redeem the Warrants.
