Purchase of Warrants by Company; No Redemption. Subject to complying with Applicable Law and all restrictions contained in any other agreement to which they are parties (including the Debt Documents), the Company and its Subsidiaries may purchase in the open market, by private contracts or otherwise, all or any portion of the Warrants on such terms as the Company may obtain. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Company shall have no right to redeem the Warrants.
