Common use of Purchase of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Warrants. The Purchaser hereby agrees, directly or through its nominees, to purchase 2,000,000 Placement Warrants at a purchase price of $1.00 per Placement Warrant for an aggregate purchase price of $2,000,000 (the "Warrant Purchase Price" and, together with the Unit Purchase Price, the "Purchase Price").

Purchase of Warrants. Purchase of Warrants. The Purchaser hereby agrees, directly or through its nominees, to purchase 2,000,000 1,850,000 Placement Warrants at a purchase price of $1.00 per Placement Warrant for an aggregate purchase price of $2,000,000 1,850,000 (the "Warrant “Purchase Price" and, together with the Unit Purchase Price, the "Purchase Price"”).

Purchase of Warrants. The Purchaser Purchasers hereby agreesagree, directly or through its nominees, to purchase an aggregate of 2,000,000 Placement Warrants at a purchase price of $1.00 0.65 per Placement Warrant for Warrant, or an aggregate purchase price of $2,000,000 1,300,000 (the "Warrant Purchase Price" and, together with the Unit Purchase Price, the "Purchase Price"). Such purchases shall be in the names and amounts set forth on SCHEDULE A hereto.
