Common use of Purchase of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Warrants. The Purchasers hereby agree, directly or through nominees, to purchase an aggregate of 2,000,000 Placement Warrants at a purchase price of $0.65 per Placement Warrant, or an aggregate of $1,300,000 (the "Purchase Price"). Such purchases shall be in the names and amounts set forth on SCHEDULE A hereto.

Purchase of Warrants. Such purchases shall be in the names and amounts set forth on SCHEDULE Schedule A hereto.

The Purchasers hereby agree, directly or through nominees, agree to purchase an aggregate of 2,000,000 1,200,000 Placement Warrants at a purchase price of $0.65 0.75 per Placement Warrant, or an aggregate of $1,300,000 900,000 (the "Purchase Price"). Such purchases shall be in the names and amounts set forth on SCHEDULE Schedule A hereto.
