Common use of Purchase Option Exercise Notice Clause in Contracts

Purchase Option Exercise Notice. If Tenant desires to exercise the Purchase Option, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord thirty (30) days prior written notice ("Purchase Option Exercise Notice") of Tenant's election. If Tenant does not exercise the Termination Option as provided in Section 17.2 below it shall be deemed to have exercised the Purchase Option.
