If any Shareholder shall at any time be subject to subparagraphs 7(a) or (b) above, the other Shareholders shall have options to purchase all of such Shareholder's (the "Selling Shareholder") Shares and CMC shall have the next option to redeem the Selling Shareholder's Shares as follows:
