Common use of Purchase or Sale of LP Units Clause in Contracts

Purchase or Sale of LP Units. The General Partner may cause the Partnership to purchase or otherwise acquire LP Units or other Partnership Securities. As long as LP Units are held by the Partnership or any Subsidiary, such LP Units shall not be considered Outstanding for any purpose, except as otherwise provided herein. The General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of LP Units or other Partnership Securities for its own account, subject to the provisions of Articles 11 and 12.

Purchase or Sale of LP Units. The Subject to the provisions of Section 5.10, the General Partner may cause the Partnership to purchase or otherwise acquire LP Units or other Partnership Securities. As long as LP Units are held by the Partnership or any Subsidiary, such LP Units shall not be considered Outstanding for any purpose, except as otherwise provided herein.
