Common use of Purchase or Sale of Partnership Securities Clause in Contracts

Purchase or Sale of Partnership Securities. The General Partner may cause the Partnership or any other Group Member to purchase or otherwise acquire Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities. The General Partner or any of its Affiliates may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities for their own account, subject to the provisions of Articles IV and X.

Purchase or Sale of Partnership Securities. The General Managing Partner may cause the Partnership or any other Group Member to purchase or otherwise acquire Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities. The General Managing Partner or any of its Affiliates may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities for their own account, subject to the provisions of Articles IV and X.

The General Partner may cause the Partnership or any other Group Member to purchase or otherwise acquire Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities. The General Partner or any Affiliate of its Affiliates the General Partner may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities for their its own account, subject to the provisions of Articles IV and X.

The General Partner or any of its Affiliates may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities for their own account, subject to the provisions of Articles IV and X.

The General Partner or any of its Affiliates may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of As long as Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities are held by any Group Member, such Partnership Securities or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Partnership Securities shall not be considered Outstanding for their own accountany purpose, subject to the provisions of Articles IV and X.except as otherwise provided herein.
