Purchase Order (s). 1. Seller agrees to manufacture and sell to Buyer the Products from time to time, in each case, pursuant to an Order to be placed by ▇▇▇▇▇ and confirmed by Seller according to the terms provided herein. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to purchase the Products as specified in each Order according to such terms. Both Parties agree that these terms do not represent any commitment by either Party to sell or purchase any Products, unless an Order issued by ▇▇▇▇▇ is accepted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as provided hereunder.
