Common use of Purchase Price and Manner of Payment Clause in Contracts

Purchase Price and Manner of Payment. The PURCHASE price is the total sum of N$ computed as follows: (i) The Unit no. (ii) The Garage no. N$ N$ inclusive of estate agents commission (inclusive of their VAT) and exclusive of VAT payable on the property, if any, and shall be payable by the PURCHASER as follows: (a) (i) an amount of N$30 000,00 (THIRTY THOUSAND NAMIBIA DOLLARS) against signature of this agreement directly to the SELLER.
