Purchase Price/Closing Documents. Buyer shall have executed and delivered to Sellers all documents, agreements and certificates required to be executed or delivered by Buyer pursuant to any terms or provision of this Agreement in forms reasonably acceptable to Sellers if such forms were not previously agreed.
