Purchase Price for Additional Units. As payment in full for the Additional Units being purchased under this Agreement, the Subscriber shall pay $10.00 per Additional Unit being purchased by wire transfer of immediately available funds or by such other method as may be reasonably acceptable to the Company, to the Trust Account on the date of the consummation of the closing of the over-allotment option, and concurrently with the consummation thereof, or on such earlier time and date as may be mutually agreed by the Company and the Subscriber (each such date, an “Over-Allotment Closing Date”).
