Common use of Purchase Price; Issuance of Shares Clause in Contracts

Purchase Price; Issuance of Shares. The aggregate cash consideration for the Purchased Shares shall be $100,000 (the “Purchase Price”), which shall be paid by Purchaser to the Corporation by wire transfer of immediately available funds, on the following date: March __, 2010. Upon receipt by the Corporation of the Purchase Price, the Corporation shall cause its transfer agent to issue in the name of, and deliver to, Purchaser a certificate evidencing the number of Purchased Shares purchased for the applicable Purchase Price payment.
