Common use of Purchase Price Paid Clause in Contracts

Purchase Price Paid. Such Investor shall have paid the Purchase Price to the Escrow Agent in the amount set forth on Schedule 1 on the Funding Date and the Company shall have received the Purchase Price from the Escrow Agent.
