PURCHASE PRICE RANGE. 13 The purchase price range provides initial search parameters, but the Firm’s authority under this Agreement extends to all 14 property within the state of Wisconsin except for those properties excluded as Excluded Properties on lines 17-20, and 15 applies to any properties under Excluded Properties Subject to a Prior Agreement on lines 21-29 and under Limited 16 Exclusion Properties on lines 30-32 after the applicable time for the exclusion has ended.
