Purchase Prices. Seller shall have the option to select one of four pricing options: Fixed Avoided Cost Prices (“Fixed Price”), Firm Market Indexed Avoided Cost Prices (“Firm Electric Market”), Gas Market Indexed Avoided Cost Prices (“Gas Market”), or Banded Gas Market Indexed Avoided Cost Prices (“Banded Gas Market”), as published in Schedule 37.
