Common use of Purchase, Rental, Ownership and Occupancy Requirements Clause in Contracts

Purchase, Rental, Ownership and Occupancy Requirements. Any: (1) Ownership Applicant, Rental Applicant, Subject Property Owner or Occupant who does not meet one or more of the requirements for approval as a Qualified Purchaser, Qualified Tenant, Qualified Owner, or Qualified Occupant, respectively, may apply to the Administrator for an exception to any such requirement. The Administrator shall refer a copy of the proposed exception to any Association governing the Subject Property and the Association shall be given a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the proposed exception prior to final review and action.
