Common use of Purchase Request and Increase Clause in Contracts

Purchase Request and Increase. (a) At any time on or after February 8, 2010 and on or prior to February 15, 2010, the Seller may, by delivery of an appropriately completed Purchase Request to the Trust, request the Trust to purchase an undivided co-ownership interest in the Receivables Pool from the Seller. The Purchase Request shall specify (i) the amount of the Cash Payments to be paid to the Seller (which shall not be less than $30,000,000 and shall be an integral multiple of $100,000) and the Net Cash Payment to be paid to the Seller, and (ii) the date of such Purchase.
