Common use of Purchase Requirement Clause in Contracts

Purchase Requirement. Purchaser agrees to purchase one hundred percent (100%) of the Solar Services generated by the System and made available by Provider to Purchaser during each relevant month of the Term, up to a maximum of one hundred and ten percent (110%) of Estimated Annual Production, as defined in Section 5.2. While the Solar Services are calculated and billed on a per kWh basis as set forth in Schedule 2 of the Special Conditions, they represent a package of services and benefits.
