Purchase Requirement. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to purchase one hundred percent (100 %) of the Energy generated by the System during each relevant month of the Term at the kWh Rate specified in Schedule 2. The Energy delivered by Provider to Purchaser hereunder shall be referred to as “Services”.
