Common use of Purchase Right Assignees Clause in Contracts

Purchase Right Assignees. The General Partner may assign its right to redeem the Subject Units to an Person or Persons (the “Purchase Right Assignee(s)”) in such amounts as are determined by the General Partner in its sole discretion. The General Partner shall exercise the right to redeem the Subject Units on behalf of the Purchase Right Assignee(s) by delivery of a written notice thereof to the Employee no later than the first anniversary of the Trigger Date and such notice shall include substantially the same information as required by the second sentence of Section 4.2(a).
