Common use of Purchase-Sale Clause in Contracts

Purchase-Sale. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase the Property from the Seller and the Seller hereby agrees to sell the Property to the Purchaser for the Purchase Price, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Purchase-Sale. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase the Property from the Seller Sellers and the Seller Sellers hereby agrees agree to sell the Property to the Purchaser Purchaser, all of the Sellers' right, title and interest in and to each of the Properties for the respective Allocable Purchase PricePrices relating thereto, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
