Purchase the System Sample Clauses
Purchase the System. You also have the right to purchase the System at the end of the Initial Term. See Section 6 for a detailed explanation.
Purchase the System. If you sell the Property, you may elect to purchase the System by paying us the Termination Amount described in Section 17.a.vii. If this option is selected and fully performed, none of you, us or the new Property owner shall have any further obligations under this Agreement (other than those which, by their terms, expressly survive termination).
Purchase the System. At any time after the five (5) year anniversary of the beginning of the Term, you can purchase the System under Section 10 of this PPA.
