Common use of Purchase with Cash Clause in Contracts

Purchase with Cash. On each Change in Control Purchase Date, at the option of the Company, the Change in Control Purchase Price of Securities in respect of which a Change in Control Purchase Notice pursuant to Section 15.02(a) has been given, or a specified percentage thereof, may be paid by the Company with cash equal to the aggregate Change in Control Purchase Price of such Securities.

Purchase with Cash. On each Change in Control Purchase Date, at the option of the Company, the Change in Control Purchase Price of Securities in respect of which a Change in Control Purchase Notice pursuant to Section 15.02(a3.09(c) has been givengiven and not withdrawn, or a specified percentage thereof, may be paid by the Company with cash equal to the aggregate Change in Control Purchase Price of such Securities.

Purchase with Cash. On each Change in Control Purchase Date, at the option of the Company, the Change in Control Purchase Price of Securities Notes in respect of which a Change in Control Purchase Notice pursuant to Section 15.02(a3.08(a) has been given, or a specified percentage thereof, may given shall be paid by the Company with cash equal to the aggregate Change in Control Purchase Price of such SecuritiesNotes.

Purchase with Cash. On each Change in Control Purchase Date, at the option of the Company, the Change in Control Purchase Price of Applicable Securities in respect of which a Change in Control Purchase Notice pursuant to Section 15.02(a3.9(c) of this Supplemental Indenture has been givengiven and not withdrawn, or a specified percentage thereof, may be paid by the Company with cash equal to the aggregate Change in Control Purchase Price of such Applicable Securities.
