Common use of Purchased Amounts Clause in Contracts

Purchased Amounts. The Servicer or the Seller shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account, on the Business Day preceding each Payment Date, the aggregate Purchased Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables and the Servicer shall deposit therein all amounts to be paid under Section 4.07. Notice of this amount shall be provided in writing by the applicable party to the Indenture Trustee.
