Common use of Purchased Asset Information Clause in Contracts

Purchased Asset Information. (A) Promptly after receipt by Seller, but no less frequently than once per calendar month, copies of property level information made available to Seller and all other required reports, rent rolls, financial statements, certificates and notices (including, without limitation, any notice of the occurrence of a default or an event of default under the Purchased Asset Documents) it receives pursuant to the Purchased Asset Documents relating to any Purchased Asset and (B) any other information with respect to the Purchased Assets that may be requested by Purchaser from time to time.
