Common use of Purchased Shares Clause in Contracts

Purchased Shares. On the terms and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions of this Agreement, the Vendors agree to sell, assign and transfer to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser agrees to purchase from the Vendors at the Closing Time, all of the Purchased Shares.

Purchased Shares. On the terms and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions of this Agreement, the Vendors agree Vendor agrees to sell, assign and transfer to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser agrees to purchase from the Vendors Vendor at the Closing TimeClosing, all of the Purchased Shares, free and clear of all Encumbrances for the consideration specified in Section 2.2.

Purchased Shares. On the terms and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions of this Agreementhereof, at the Closing Time, the Vendors agree to will sell, assign and transfer to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser agrees to will purchase and accept from the Vendors at the Closing TimeVendors, all of the Purchased Shares.

Purchased Shares. On the terms and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions of this Agreement, the Vendors Vendor and the Shareholder each agree to sell, assign and transfer to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser agrees to purchase from the Vendors Vendor and the Shareholder at the Closing TimeTime on the Closing Date, all of the Purchased Shares.

Purchased Shares. On the terms and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions of this Agreementhereof, the Vendors Sellers hereby agree to sell, assign and transfer to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser hereby agrees to purchase from the Vendors Sellers at the Closing Time, all of the Purchased Shares.

Purchased Shares. On the terms Upon and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions terms of this Agreement, the Vendors Sellers agree to sell, assign and transfer to the Purchasertransfer, free and clear of all Encumbrances, and the Purchaser XXXX agrees to purchase from the Vendors at the Closing Timepurchase, all of the Purchased Shares, as at the Closing Time on the Closing Date, in accordance with subsection 2.3.1 below.

Purchased Shares. On ‌ Subject to the terms and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions of this Agreement, the Vendors agree to sell, assign and transfer the Purchased Shares to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser agrees to purchase from the Vendors the Purchased Shares, at the Closing Time. The number of Purchased Shares held by each Vendor (and to be sold, all of assigned and transferred by each Vendor and purchased by the Purchased SharesPurchaser) is as set out in Schedule A to the Disclosure Letter.
