Common use of Purchased Shares Clause in Contracts

Purchased Shares. The Company shall have delivered to each of the Purchasers certificates in definitive form representing the number of Purchased Shares being purchased by such Purchaser pursuant hereto, registered in the name of such Purchaser.

Purchased Shares. The Company shall have delivered to each of the Purchasers such Purchaser certificates in definitive form and with such substance as is reasonably satisfactory to such Purchaser representing the number of Purchased Shares being purchased by such Purchaser pursuant (as set forth on Exhibit A hereto, ) registered in the name of such Purchaser.

Purchased Shares.
