Purchaser Claims Notice. Purchaser shall be responsible for making any claim for indemnity pursuant to this Section 5.3(a) on behalf of any Indemnified Purchaser Party. Purchaser shall provide written notice (a “Purchaser Claims Notice”) to Servicer describing any claim for indemnity pursuant to Section 5.3(a)(i) within sixty (60) days after the date on which Purchaser has or receives notice of or otherwise has actual knowledge of the applicable breach to the extent such breach is not otherwise known to Servicer.
