Common use of Purchaser Closing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Closing Certificate. The Company shall have been furnished with a certificate executed by an officer of the Purchaser (the “Purchaser Closing Certificate”), dated the Closing Date, certifying that the conditions set forth in Sections 9.1 and 9.2 have been fulfilled at or prior to the Closing Date.

Purchaser Closing Certificate. The Company Purchaser shall have been furnished with delivered to Purchaser a certificate certificate, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by an officer of Purchaser, certifying the Purchaser fulfillment of the conditions specified in Section 10.3(a) and Section 10.3(b) (the “Purchaser Closing Certificate”), dated the Closing Date, certifying that the conditions set forth in Sections 9.1 and 9.2 have been fulfilled at or prior to the Closing Date.

The Company and the Stockholders shall have been furnished with a certificate executed by an officer of the Purchaser (the “Purchaser Closing Certificate”), dated the Closing Date, certifying that the conditions set forth in Sections 9.1 10.1 and 9.2 10.2 have been fulfilled at or prior to the Closing Date.
