Common use of Purchaser is Trustee Clause in Contracts

Purchaser is Trustee. The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that, with respect to this Article 7, the Purchaser is contracting on its own behalf and as agent for the other Purchaser Indemnified Parties referred to in this Article 7. In this regard, the Purchaser shall act as trustee for such Purchaser Indemnified Parties of the covenants of the Company under this Article 7 with respect to such Purchaser Indemnified Parties and accepts these trusts and shall hold and enforce those covenants on behalf of such Purchaser Indemnified Parties.

The Company Vendor hereby acknowledges and agrees that, with respect to this Article 7Section 8, the Purchaser is contracting on its own behalf and as agent for the other Purchaser Indemnified Parties indemnified persons referred to in this Article 7Section 8. In this regard, the Purchaser shall will act as trustee for such Purchaser Indemnified Parties indemnified persons of the covenants of the Company Vendor under this Article 7 Section 8 with respect to such Purchaser Indemnified Parties indemnified persons and accepts these trusts and shall will hold and enforce those covenants on behalf of such Purchaser Indemnified Partiesindemnified persons.
