Purchaser is Trustee. The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that, with respect to this Article 7, the Purchaser is contracting on its own behalf and as agent for the other Purchaser Indemnified Parties referred to in this Article 7. In this regard, the Purchaser shall act as trustee for such Purchaser Indemnified Parties of the covenants of the Company under this Article 7 with respect to such Purchaser Indemnified Parties and accepts these trusts and shall hold and enforce those covenants on behalf of such Purchaser Indemnified Parties.
