Common use of Purchaser Protected Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Protected. No purchaser or grantee of any property or rights purported to have been released from the Lien of this Agreement or of the Security Documents shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Collateral Agent, as applicable, to execute the release or to inquire as to the existence of any conditions herein prescribed for the exercise of such authority; nor shall any purchaser or grantee of any property or rights permitted by this Agreement to be sold or otherwise disposed of by the Company be under any obligation to ascertain or inquire into the authority of the Company to make such sale or other disposition.
