Purchaser Status Confirmation. The Purchaser represents and warrants that it is not incorporated, domiciled, established or acting through a Facility Office situated in a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction as at the date of this Agreement or, in the case of a New Purchaser (as defined un Clause 21.3) that becomes a Purchaser after the date of this Agreement, as at the date it becomes a Purchaser.
