Common use of Purchaser Stock Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Stock. The Purchaser Stock to be issued to the Selling Shareholders and upon exercise of the Company Options assumed by Purchaser, when issued in connection with this Agreement and the other Transactional Agreements, will be duly authorized, validly issued and nonassessable.

Purchaser Stock. The Purchaser Stock to be issued pursuant to the Selling Shareholders and upon exercise provisions of the Company Options assumed by Purchaser, when issued in connection with this Agreement and the other Transactional Agreementswill, will upon such issuance, be duly authorized, legally and validly issued issued, and fully paid and nonassessable.
