Common use of PURCHASER WORK REQUESTS Clause in Contracts

PURCHASER WORK REQUESTS. Work requests may be terminated: (a) upon the mutual written agreement of the parties; (b) by the non-breaching party where the breach is not cured within thirty (30) calendar days after written notice of breach is delivered to the breaching party, unless a different time for cure is otherwise stated in the applicable Work request; and (c) as otherwise expressly provided for in the applicable work request. Work requests shall terminate automatically and without further action if a party becomes insolvent or is placed in receivership, reorganization, liquidation, or bankruptcy. In addition to any other available remedies, the non-breaching party may terminate Work requests as provided in subsection (b) above without further liability by written notice to the breaching party. A termination for breach will not affect rights or obligations accrued or owed before the effective date of the termination notice.
