Common use of Purchaser Yield Payments Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Yield Payments. On the Settlement Date for each Rate Tranche Period with respect to the aggregate Capital of the Purchasers, Seller shall pay to Agent (for the benefit of the Purchasers) an aggregate amount equal to all accrued and unpaid Purchaser Yield for the entire Rate Tranche Period with respect to such Capital in accordance with Article II. On the third Business Day immediately preceding the Settlement Date for such Capital of each of the Purchasers, each Purchaser shall calculate the aggregate amount of accrued and unpaid Purchaser Yield for the entire Rate Tranche Period for such Capital of such Purchaser and shall notify Seller of such aggregate amount.
