Purchasers and Affiliates. Any Purchaser, any Purchaser Agent, any Program Administrator, Administrative Agent and any of their respective Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with any CHR Party or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of any CHR Party or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if it was not a Purchaser, a Purchaser Agent, a Program Administrator or Administrative Agent hereunder, and without any duty to account therefor to any Purchaser or any other holder of an interest in Pool Receivables.
