Common use of Purchasers and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Purchasers and Affiliates. Each of the Purchasers, the Purchaser Agents, the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agents and any of their respective Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with any Seller, any Originator, the Servicer, Sprint Corporation or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of any Seller, any Originator, the Servicer, Sprint Corporation or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Transaction Document, the failure of the representation and warranty set forth in Section 6.1(u) with respect to the business and financial affairs of the Purchasers to be true or correct shall not (x) constitute a default, Event of Termination or Unmatured Event of Termination or (y) require the Sellers or Servicer to indemnify or otherwise reimburse any Affected Party for any losses related thereto.
