Common use of Purchaser’s Closing Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Closing Deliverables. At the Closing, Purchaser will deliver to Seller the following items:

At the Closing, the Purchaser will shall deliver to the Seller the following items:(collectively the “Purchaser’s Closing Deliverables”): (a) Closing Cash Payment; (b) the Parent Shares; and (c) such other documents and instruments, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Seller, as the Seller may reasonably request, duly executed by the Purchaser.
