Common use of Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries. At Closing the Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Vendor all payments, certificates, agreements, documents and instruments as required under Section 4.2(1)(e).

Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries. At Closing the Closing, the Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Vendor Vendor: (a) the Purchase Shares duly registered in the name of the Purchaser; and (b) all payments, certificates, such other agreements, documents and instruments as may be reasonably required under Section 4.2(1)(e)or requested by the Vendor to complete the transactions provided for in this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries. At Closing Closing, the Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Vendor Vendors’ Representative all payments, certificates, agreements, documents and instruments as required under Section 4.2(1)(e).

Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries. At Closing the Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Vendor all payments, certificates, agreements, documents and instruments as required under Section 4.2(1)(e4.2(1)(g).

Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries. At Closing Closing, the Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Vendor all payments, certificates, agreements, documents and instruments as required under Section 4.2(1)(e4.2(1)(d).

At Closing the Closing, Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to all the Vendor all paymentsdeliveries set forth in, certificatesand in accordance with the terms and conditions of, agreements, documents and instruments as required under Section 4.2(1)(e4.2(c).

At Closing the for each Property, Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered all the deliveries with respect to such Property set forth in, and in accordance with the Vendor all paymentsterms and conditions of, certificates, agreements, documents and instruments as required under Section 4.2(1)(e4.2(c).

Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries. At Closing the Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Vendor all payments, certificates, agreements, documents and instruments as required under Section 4.2(1)(e4.2(1)(j).

Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries. At Closing the Closing, the Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Vendor all paymentsVendor: (1) payment of the portion of the Purchase Price required to be paid on Closing; and (2) such other documents, certificatesconveyances, agreementstransfers, documents assignments, consents and instruments undertakings as required under Section 4.2(1)(e)may be reasonably requested by the Vendor.

Purchaser’s Closing Deliveries. At the Closing and subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Purchaser shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Seller the Vendor all paymentsfollowing: 6.3.1 The Closing Payment, certificates, agreements, documents and instruments as in accordance with Section 1.2.3. 6.3.2 Documents required under by Section 4.2(1)(e)5.1.
