Common use of Purchaser’s Compliance Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before Closing and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser at the Closing all the documents contemplated in Section 7.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at on or before the Closing Date and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser at Vendors on the Closing Date all the documents contemplated in Section 7.3 3.4 or elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser Vendor at the Closing all the documents contemplated in Section 7.3 or 4.3 and elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with in all material respects all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser Vendor at the Closing Time all the documents contemplated in Section 7.3 4.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall will have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement in all material respects on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing and shall will have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser Vendors at the Closing all the documents contemplated in Section 7.3 or 6.2 and elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before Closing and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser at the Closing all Time, including payment of the documents contemplated amount referred to in Section 7.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement1.4.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser Vendor at the Closing all the documents payment contemplated in Section 7.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement8.2(ii).

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser Shareholders at the Closing Time all the documents and payments contemplated in Section 7.3 3.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed by or complied with at on or before the Closing Date and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser at Vendor on the Closing Date all the documents contemplated in Section 7.3 3.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Purchaser Vendors at the Closing Time all the documents contemplated in Section 7.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement, tendered in accordance with Part 6 of this Agreement.
