Common use of Purchaser’s Compliance Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendors at the Closing Time all the documents contemplated in Section 3.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The WITH THE AGREEMENT Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms agreements and conditions in required by this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at by it prior to or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendors at the Closing Time all the documents contemplated in Section 3.3 or elsewhere in this AgreementDate.
