Common use of Purchaser’s Compliance Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendors at the Closing Time all the documents contemplated in Section 3.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time Date and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendors Vendor at the Closing Time Date all the documents contemplated to be delivered at or prior to the Closing Date in Section 3.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied complied, in all material respects, with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed by or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendors Vendor at the Closing Time all the documents contemplated in Section 3.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed by or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendors Vendor at the Closing Time all the documents contemplated in Section 3.3 2.3 or elsewhere in this Agreement.
